Shipping Information
We offer free Standard shipping on all orders within Australia. We also offer Express shipping as an option and flat rate shipping to New Zealand for $15. All orders are dispatched from Sydney with our local courier partners.
Delivery Time:
Standard: Typically 2 to 10 working days, depending on location.

Steps to Making a Return
Step 1: Check Eligibility
30-Day Return: We accept returns for purchases made from Supernote.au within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Step 2: Request a Return
Email us at info@supernote.au to request a return.
Note: Failure to obtain a return authorization via email will result in an automatic rejection of your return without a refund.
Step 3: Factory Reset
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data from the device.
Step 4: Pack the Items
Ensure the return items are in their original packaging (box with bubble/sponge wrap to prevent damage) along with the instruction guide and any spare parts.
Step 5: Arrange Postage
Send the item(s) back to Supernote AU.
Step 6: Review Inspection Results
If hardware damages or defects are found that were not mentioned when the return request was initiated, the return may be rejected without a refund.
If no hardware defects are found, we will deduct return costs from your payment.
Note:
If factory hardware damages or defects were mentioned with evidence (pictures/videos) when the return request was initiated, we will provide a full refund and cover any shipping charges.
